Our farm participates in the Vermont Farm Share Program. This program subsidizes CSA shares for our neighbors who otherwise could not afford to join our CSA.
Through the program, Northeast Organic Farming Association of Vermont (NOFA-VT) will match each dollar our farm raises to offer reduced rates to income-eligible individuals and families.
Every cent donated goes directly towards the cost of a share. Any size donation helps.
Contributions are tax-deductible if made directly to NOFA-VT. NOFA-VT will match the donation, and grant it back to our farm.
To make a tax-deductible contribution, make checks payable to NOFA-VT and write Lost Barn Farm in the check memo and mail them to NOFA-VT, Farm Share Fund, PO Box 697, Richmond VT 05477. Contributions can also be made online (https://www.nofavt.org/donate-now). If donating online select “Farm Share Fund” from the Campaign drop down menu and write “Lost Barn Farm” in the Donor Notes.
Contributions through NOFA-VT can be made anonymously if that is your preference. Contributions can also be made to the Farm Share Fund without directing them to Lost Barn Farm.
Non-tax-deductible contributions can be made directly to Lost Barn Farm through this website or by mail: 22 Pratt Rd, Putney VT 05346.
For the 2023 season, Lost Barn Farm is attempting to raise $1185 to subsidize the following shares: 5 full shares, 5 half shares and 5 Fall shares. Please consider helping us reach this goal.
