Painted Mountain flint corn is a beautiful multicolored grain corn. Originating in Montana, its short season is well-suited to our growing climate. This slightly sweet cornmeal is a beautiful cream color with a light gray-blue tint and flecks of maroon, navy and black. Fresh ground by us from flint corn grown by us, our slightly gritty grind works equally well for cornbread and polenta.
